The contract was signed by Mr. Bounhom Heuangsavath, Head of Natural Resource and Environment Department and Ms. Orlathay Santikhongkha, Managing Director of Krittaphong Group Co.,LTD. With the witnesses by Mr. Khamphanh Malabandit, Head of Finance Department Vientiane Capital and Mr. Chanthiva Prasasouk, Director of Planning and Investment Department, Krittaphong Group Co.,LTD.
This project is to develop the land to 5 stars hotel, offices, residential areas, restaurants, shopping malls and related service area. The investment value is at 60.000.000 USD, according to the concession of southern Don Chan land project.
