Vientiane Center

Vientiane Center is developed by the foreign investor Yunnan Province Company Co., Ltd and joint venture with Krittaphong Group in order to establish North Nong Chan Development & Commercial Center Company Co., Ltd, which is designed by Singapore SCP Consultants Pte.Ltd the project had learned the international management lesson from the Vientiane Capital Authority and Yunnan Province Authority, nowadays the project drawing design had approved by the Lao government.

The project located at the center of Vientiane Capital, near by the landmark of Lao such as: Victory Gate, Prime Minister Office etc…, being the commercial center, and crowed population area. North of the project next to Mahosot Hotpital, west next to Khouvieng Road, east next to Dongpalan Road, and south next to Mekong River, near by the important bus station of Vientiane Capital, next to swimming pool and big market of the city such as: Khuadin market and Moring market, which well-known as the first business commercial center complex at Vientiane Capital.

Management project plan has : supermarket, brand name shop, Karaoke room, movie theater, office building, four start hotel, modern meeting hall, luxury apartment and other ect… the project has area 53.333 square meters, construction area has 120.000 square meter and parking area ability to park 900 vehicles. The project will separate in 3 phrases, first phrase will construction supermarket and office building, which is being on construction, expectation to complete in the year 2014.
